For nearly 40 years, the wines from Vignobles Bernaleau have experienced increasing success. A true signature that combines finesse and elegance. This success is the result of years of meticulous vineyard management and careful choices in winemaking and aging.
The wines of Château de Braude, Château Mongravey, and Château Galland offer wine enthusiasts the full typicity and balance of these magnificent gravel terroirs of the Southern Médoc.
An exceptional terroir, rigorous work, immense passion, and the desire to share by offering the very best of what we do – these are the key elements of this success!
Château Mongravey Margaux
Cru Bourgeois Supérieur
Established in 1981, this 12-hectare estate in Arsac was classified Cru Bourgeois Supérieur in 2018. A mosaic of exceptional terroirs imparts the typicity of the prestigious Margaux appellation to this vineyard.
Château de Braude Haut-Médoc
Cru Bourgeois
Founded in 1983 by the Bernaleau family, this 8-hectare property surrounds a magnificent 19th-century building in Macau and achieved Cru Bourgeois status in 2003.
Château Galland Moulis
This small one-hectare vineyard, planted with cabernet sauvignon and merlot, is located on a gravelly ridge in the commune of Moulis en Médoc. This garden, overlooked by a medieval mill, produces a generous and convivial wine.
The choice of sustainable farming practices for several years, the abandonment of CMR products since 2014, mechanical weed control for over 15 years, water management, and effluent treatment all reflect our commitment to preserving our vineyard for future generations.
Vignobles Bernaleau has been certified as High Environmental Value since 2017.
